PROGRAM DETAILS
First day of class
- Skaters should arrive 30 minutes early. Skaters should dress warmly, but allow for freedom of movement. Mittens or gloves and long pants should also be worn. Young skaters should wear a helmet or a hat.
- For the first class, students will meet their instructors next to their posted level. The second class and remaining classes the students will meet their instructors on the ice.
Instruction / Practice
- All classes are 30 minutes with 30 minutes of practice offered either before or after class depending on the class the skater is enrolled in. This is for Learn to Skate participants only. Parents and/or siblings may pay a fee to skate with the student during this practice time. No games or fast skating is permitted.
Class Advancement
- It is not unusual for skaters to repeat a class two or more times. Skaters are allowed to develop at their own pace. Skills taught build upon each other, and to move a skater up before they master a skill only makes skating more difficult. Skaters will be evaluated each session to determine progress.

- $65 for 6-week sessions
- $55 for 5-week sessions
