Is there a ringer rule at the ICAHL

Yes!

In the Fri/Sat C5, C6 and D leagues there is a three goal maximum.
If a player scores a 4th goal, the goal is disallowed, the player is given a warning and the face off is taken to the offending teams end.
If a player scores again, he/she will be given a minor unsportsmanlike penalty.

A player that has score 3 goals in regulation is allowed to participate in a shootout.

Does the ICAHL have jersey and number requiremnts?

Yes!

All players are required to have a permanent number on thier jersey.
The ICAHL also requires that teams do not have duplicate and triplicate numbers.
The ICAHL also asks that teams wear same colored jeresys. If your team is wearing white and you don't have a matching jersey, your jersey's primary color should be white, not yellow or light grey. If your team is wearing black, your primary color in your jersey should be black.

How many penalties can I get in a game?

If you get four minor penalties in a game you will be asked to leave for the remainder of the game. A major counts as two penalties.

Does the ICAHL have a run time rule?

Yes!

If a team is up by six goals, the third period will be a run clock. If a team gets back within 4 goals, the clock then returns to a stop clock.

Can I play in multiple divisions?

Yes!

BUT we will ask that you only can play down three levels of play. If you are B3 you can play as low as C1. If you are C4 you can play as low as C6 and maybe D depending on style of play. Our D league is to develop new players and let rec players play at their pace.

Goalies can play down as many as 5 levels, but in certain instances when a goalie is needed a goalie is needed. Sub goalies must be ok'd before participating in playoffs.
