Winter 2011-12 Season Information
Winter Season begins October 7th, 2011

COST:
- Early bird pricing of $460 per player from 8/1/11 through 9/9/11
- Regular price of $480 per player from 9/10/11 through 9/30/11
- Late pricing of $490 per player from 10/1/11 through first week of games

DEPOSIT:
- All teams must put down a deposit of $460 (one player’s registration) to hold spot
- Deadline for deposit is 8/15/11
- Teams will be given spots in the following priority:
- Returning Summer 2011 teams with deposit paid by 8/15
- Returning Winter 2010-11 teams with deposit paid by 8/15
- All other teams including new teams and returning teams without deposit
- SUBS
- The ICAHL is excited to announce that we will be allowing ‘pay-to-play’ sub players starting in the Winter 2011-12 season. Sub players will need to adhere to the following rules to be eligible to play:
- Sub players must register for the team they will be substituting for
- Sub player must have a valid credit card on file at all times
- Team captain must give league 24 hours notice of sub player playing by emailing the league at adulthockey@hylandhills.org
- Once notified that sub is playing, league will run $25 charge for playing in next game
- Sub players will be subject to heavier suspensions and fines for infractions
- Sub players may only sub for one team per division
- TEAM MINIMUMS
- We are now accepting teams with at least 14 registered players. However a team with less than 16 registered players must have at least 2 registered ‘pay-to-play’ sub players. The ICAHL reserves the right to place free agents on any team with less than 16 players.
- Team captains whose teams have registered at least 16 players will receive a 50% discount on their registration. The team will also be allowed to register up to 4 ‘pay-to-play’ subs.
- Team captains choosing to do the team fee will also receive a 50% discount on their personal registration making a team fee price $7130 ($460 x 16 – $230). Team fees must be paid in full by 9/9/11. Teams choosing to do a team fee will be allowed to register up to 4 free subs on their roster.
- REFUNDS
- The ICAHL will have an amended refund policy starting in the Winter 11-12 season.
- If a player needs a refund and has a player sign up in their place, they will receive a pro-rated refund based on the team’s games played minus an administrative fee.
- If a player needs a refund but does not have a player register in their place, they will be given a refund equal to 50% of the pro-rated refund based on the team’s games played.
- TEAM JERSEYS
- The Ice Centre Pro shop has made available special pricing on team sets of jerseys:
- CCM practice jerseys – 2 sets (home and away) with numbers for $375
- Pearsox league jersey – 2 sets (home and away) with numbers for $700
- Both jersey types have multiple colors available and a team crest can also be added for an additional cost.

Ice Centre Locker Rental
The Ice Centre offers the convenience of personal lockers to secure and store your hockey equipment.
Personal lockers range in cost from $100 - $150 per year.
